Property Access

  • Elevator access is available from the ground-level driveway to the main living area.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar; these are for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above posted occupancy allowed; keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it may attract animals.
  • This home allows dogs; up to 3 dogs are allowed for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV. Secure an ATV rental while staying in The Lodges at Eagles Nest. Ask for additional details.
  • Construction may occur in several neighborhoods including Vineyard Reserve. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains required in times of snow or ice; in heavy snow, both may be required. The driveway is uphill. Guests are responsible for winter weather preparation. No refunds if unprepared.

  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thursday & Friday 4pm-10pm, Saturday & Sunday 1pm-7pm. All visitors at the winery must be 16 years or older.

  • The driveway is uphill. 4WD/AWD and/or chains required in times of snow or ice. In heavy snow, both may be required.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well-stocked kitchen with utensils for meal preparation.
  • A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher detergent tablets, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths; enough for one or two nights.
  • Guests must supply their own sports equipment for use on the ball fields and sports courts.
